Nice to meet you,
I'm Bristol
I'm so glad you're here
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS #91011), otherwise known as simply a licensed therapist, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, and their parents in both individual and group settings. Whether I was at an outpatient clinic, private practice, or school district, my overarching goal was to join my clients as a guide in their journey. I became a therapist because I have a passion for personal growth and healing in a way that reconnects oneself with their inherent value and purpose.

How this works
Therapy is intended to be exploratory and collaborative in nature. It is a fluid process, and a large component is figuring out what works best for you in the stage you are in. You are in charge of how we begin and I encourage my clients to provide feedback at any point throughout. Your sense of safety and security is important to me which is why I work at your pace and with your permission. Please note that all sessions will be held virtually.
After our initial 15 minute consultation, we will spend time discussing what brought you to therapy and move on to explore what you are hoping to get out of your sessions. I will further describe my therapeutic approach and we will collaboratively agree on a path that fits both your budget and comfort level. I firmly believe that all humans have the tools and answers within themselves to resolve most of the "issues" that brought them to therapy. I am here to help you uncover those answers and provide clarity and support along the way.
Therapy provides the opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself. The space for you to cultivate health and whole-ness. It's not always easy and can seem intimidating, but when you choose to show up for you, I promise it's worth it. More importantly, YOU are worth it.
