My name is Bristol Lopez and I am a licensed therapist based in Orange County, California.
I started Heal With Magnolia to provide a space for my clients to find healing, renewal, and serenity.
I practice trauma-informed therapy through an attachment-based, holistic lens in a virtual format. I’m passionate about guiding my clients through the maze that is healing in order for them to reconnect with themselves, embody their inherent worth, and truly flourish.

Who I Serve
My work is with women who fall into the category of the high-achieving, creative type and define themselves as young professionals. They are disciplined and hardworking. Personal growth, authenticity, and ease runs in their DNA. There are parts of themselves they are proud to show the world and often parts that are heavily guarded and criticized.
When beginning a new regimen, it is normal to carry along some initial fear and doubt. We often have high expectations for ourselves and naturally expect the same from this process. Remember, there is no set timeline for healing.

We practice becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable. I merely encourage you to come into session with patience and curiosity and to humbly embrace self-compassion as your new best friend. I make every effort to provide a space where my clients feel safe to simply be. No matter where you're at in your healing journey, that is where I will meet you. All parts of you are welcome here.
